Message	It's an additional fee for choosing paypal. Unless paypal was specified by the seller as the only option, the buyer should pay it. I understand your logic, but if you were send payment via Western Union, would you expect the seller to pay the Western Union fees? It's no different than when I go to the Secretary of States office (DMV to other states) and make a payment with a credit card... they charge me a CC usage fee. I love elitists who aren't really elite in any way... they amuse me greatly.
